What are they like to tow?

Because they are so light and low, they are a dream to tow. Depending on the size of your bike/ vehicle, you may notice them on a hill climb, but on the open road, ‘you don't know they're there!’

How do they handle?

Again because they are light and low, your load and centre of gravity is lower than normal on your pack frame, carriers, and tank bags. Therefore your bike is far more responsive. You still need to allow for the extra weight when braking, and as always load your trailer sensibly.
